Restaurant Can Peret, a new cuisine concept in Cassà de la Selva. We creatively reinterpret tradition, drawing on the quality of Catalan produce from the land and the Mediterranean and taking advantage of our surroundings and the season to ensure our cuisine is constantly changing throughout the year.


Our Menu

Autumn mushrooms and truffles, fish and seafood from the finest fish markets, winter game and elvers, spring beans and morels and summer’s wide range of tomatoes; the finest produce of les Gavarres and Girona enhanced by simple and careful preparation. Based on traditional cuisine we build a present full of nuances, aromas and tastes. A balance between the traditional and the contemporary, creating a diversified and vibrant culinary range which reflects our values and our way of understanding gastronomy.
